Effective communication and collaboration are foundational skills, yet fostering these competencies in university students remains challenging. This session explores integrating peer and AI coaching to support skill growth, sharing insights from a pilot study with MBA students who received structured feedback (using Read AI’s Speaker Coach and PowerPoint Coach) on collaboration and communication goals.Faculty will gain promising practices, including strategies for introducing AI tools, prompts to guide reflection toward action, and engagement activities. Participants will learn methods for using AI and peer feedback in classrooms to enhance skill-building and leadership development.
