BCcampus webinar hosted October 8, 2020.
Facilitator: Liisa Robinson
Moderator: Duane Seibel for BCcampus
Join us for this 1-hour webinar during Mental Health Week where we explore this question: What if the world could be as none of us expected (or chose) and it was possible for us to be well anyway? We will draw on the wisdom of the human experience while using skills from the world of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to understand how this might be possible. Participants will have the opportunity to explore this work internally as well as to reflect on what it might mean to be in the community of a Post-Secondary institution during these times. What does it mean to be “well” or to “struggle”? What are some ways to check in with ourselves and others that will help both feel better in strange times?
