FLO Friday: Anti-Racist Teaching Practices

Inclusion and a sense of belonging play a vital part in the success of students in higher education. This session will introduce participants to the concept of anti-racism and its application to a teaching and learning environment. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their current practices as well as collaborate with peers to develop practical tips for creating classroom policies and practices that support an anti-racist environment. This will be an interactive session that will help educators centre their practice on equity, inclusion, and care.
